Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and navigate to the order history section to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Board
Carefully place the hoverboard and all original accessories, including the charger and manual, back into the original protective packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring no other barcodes are visible.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our technicians receive and inspect your device to confirm it meets our return standards, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
