How long does the battery last on a single charge?
On average, our hoverboards provide 7 to 12 miles of range per charge. This varies based on the rider's weight, the terrain, and the specific model's battery capacity.
What is your shipping policy for electronic goods?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100. Due to lithium-ion battery regulations, all hoverboards are shipped via ground transportation and typically arrive within 3-7 business days.
Do the hoverboards come with a warranty?
Every purchase includes a standard 1-year limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects and hardware malfunctions. We also offer extended protection plans at checkout.
What is the maximum weight limit for your riders?
Most of our standard models support up to 220 lbs (100 kg), while our heavy-duty off-road models are designed to support riders up to 265 lbs (120 kg).
